The Basics
When you log in to nmbrd, little files, called cookies are stored in your web browser so that we know who you are when you return.
Your user credentials are not stored by nmbrd. Another user may invite you to take part in a challenge, so your email address is checked against the invite to accept it. The invite only contains a 'hashed' copy of your address so that nobody can work out your email from the invite.
You have a 'spirit guide', which is used to identify you in nmbrd. This is not personally identifiable information and is randomly generated when you first log in.
